Equipment and expertise, together

Build the environment you need.
Choose how you acquire it.

MicroAntix provides equipment leasing and rent-to-own services for organizations across the British Virgin Islands. From a shared office copier to the servers, storage and network supporting an entire location, we help define a practical equipment plan around your operations.

Start with one category or discuss a combined deployment. The proposal brings the hardware, technical work and ongoing responsibilities together, so you know what is supplied, what is maintained and what needs a separate service or subscription.

Useful details for your quote: number of users, estimated monthly pages, colour usage, paper sizes and required scan destinations.

Printers & copiers

Print, copy and scan. With supplies covered.

MicroAntix leases business printers and multifunction copiers, with ink or toner supplied for the leased equipment. We help match the device to your print volume, colour requirements, paper handling and the way your team shares documents.

The right device

Discuss desktop printers or shared office copiers, monochrome or colour output, paper sizes, duplex printing, scanning and expected monthly usage.

Office integration

Plan delivery, network connection, print queues, drivers and scanning destinations. User access and secure-print options can be included where supported by the selected device.

Ink and toner supply

Ink or toner is provided for the lease. Your proposal sets out the supply arrangement, usage allowances where applicable and the process for requesting replenishment.

A defined support plan

Agree service arrangements for print-quality issues, device faults and routine care. Paper, finishing supplies, wear parts and any excess-usage charges should be identified separately in the agreement.

Useful details for your quote: current applications, user count, data size, existing licences, rack space, power and the preferred deployment date.

Servers

Server capacity, professionally set up.

Lease server hardware with MicroAntix setup and configuration, rather than treating the equipment as a standalone purchase. We work through the application requirements, storage needs, user access and network dependencies before deployment.

Workload-led specification

Size processing power, memory, usable storage and resilience around your applications, file services and growth plans. Select tower or rack-mounted hardware to suit the available space.

Setup and configuration

Configure the agreed operating system, server roles, network settings, storage and access permissions. Virtualisation and application deployment can be scoped where required.

A controlled transition

Plan any data migration, application dependencies, testing and changeover window. Confirm responsibilities with software vendors before moving a business-critical workload.

Support after deployment

Define documentation, administrative access, patching and support responsibilities. Software licences, application support and backup services are itemised so their coverage is clear.

Network-attached backup storage with an external drive

Useful details for your quote: protected systems, current data size, daily changes, retention needs, recovery priorities and any existing backup software.

Backup storage

Storage that fits your recovery plan.

MicroAntix leases backup storage devices, including suitable network-attached and business storage hardware. We help you assess capacity, connectivity and the systems that need protection, with configuration and backup services defined around the agreed scope.

Capacity and retention

Plan usable capacity for the initial data set, expected growth, backup versions and retention period. Account for the difference between raw disk capacity and storage available to the business.

Deployment and access

Agree installation, network connectivity, storage allocation and access controls. Specify encryption capabilities and administrative responsibilities for the selected solution.

A complete backup workflow

Identify the backup software, protected devices, schedule and monitoring responsibilities. Off-site or cloud copies, connectivity and subscriptions can be discussed as separate components.

Recovery readiness

Define how restores will be tested, who can request recovery and how equipment is handled at the end of the term. A storage device alone is not a complete backup service.

Network switch, firewall and wireless access points
Managed networks for business environments. Equipment imagery is illustrative; supplied models are confirmed in your proposal.
Useful details for your quote: site plans, number of locations, users and devices, current internet service, coverage issues and security requirements.

Managed networks

An entire network, with ongoing care.

Lease a coordinated network solution from MicroAntix, including wireless access points, switches, firewalls and related equipment. We provide configuration and maintenance for the leased network, with the support scope agreed for your site and operating needs.

Connected equipment planning

Match access-point coverage, switch port counts, power-over-Ethernet capacity, uplinks and firewall throughput to your users, devices, internet connection and building layout.

Configuration and rollout

Plan wireless networks, guest access, VLANs, routing, firewall rules and remote-access requirements. Coordinate installation with existing cabling, racks and service providers.

Managed maintenance

Maintain the leased network through agreed checks, configuration updates, firmware planning and fault investigation. Monitoring, site visits and response arrangements are documented in the service scope.

Lifecycle clarity

Identify security subscriptions, support renewals, replacement responsibilities and expansion needs. Connectivity charges, structured cabling and civil works are separately scoped where required.

Two ways to equip your business

Lease or rent to own.

Choose the arrangement that matches your equipment plans. Both routes begin with a defined specification and a written agreement.

From requirements to operation

A coordinated deployment.

Equipment, configuration and ongoing care are planned as one engagement, with clear decisions at each stage.

01

Assess

Review your equipment, users, workloads, site conditions and preferred lease or rent-to-own route.

02

Specify & agree

Document the hardware, deployment work, service coverage, payment terms and end-of-term responsibilities.

03

Install & configure

Deliver the agreed equipment, complete setup, test essential functions and hand over access and usage information.

04

Maintain & review

Follow the agreed support plan, arrange supplies where applicable and review changing equipment requirements.

Clarity before commitment

Know what your agreement covers.

A useful proposal goes beyond a list of equipment. These are the details we work through with you before the equipment is deployed.

Common questions

Plan your equipment with confidence.

For a site-specific recommendation, tell us what you need to run, where it will be installed and when it is required.

What equipment can I lease from MicroAntix?

We lease printers and copiers, servers, backup storage devices and network equipment such as access points, switches and firewalls. A proposal can cover one device or a coordinated equipment deployment, subject to availability and the agreed specification.

Are ink and toner provided with printer and copier leases?

Yes. MicroAntix supplies ink or toner for the leased printing equipment. The proposal explains the supply arrangement and any agreed usage allowance. Paper, finishing materials, wear parts and other consumables are clarified separately.

Do you install and configure leased servers?

Yes. Server leasing includes setup and configuration within the agreed scope. We confirm the operating system, roles, storage, access requirements and network integration. Migration work, software licences, application support and backups are identified in the proposal.

Can you lease and maintain our entire network?

Yes. MicroAntix can lease a coordinated network of access points, switches, firewalls and related devices, and maintain that equipment. Site requirements, configuration, subscriptions, monitoring and support responsibilities are agreed before deployment.

Is rent-to-own available for these equipment types?

Yes. Rent-to-own is available for these equipment categories. Equipment eligibility, payment schedule, ownership-transfer conditions and support during and after the term are confirmed in the written agreement. A standard lease does not automatically transfer ownership.

Does leasing backup storage include a complete backup service?

The hardware and the backup service are distinct. We discuss the software, backup schedule, retention, monitoring, off-site copies and restore testing, then specify what is included. Leasing a storage device alone does not mean every system is automatically backed up.

Can equipment be supplied to different islands in the BVI?

Discuss your requirements with MicroAntix for Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada, Jost Van Dyke and other BVI locations. Delivery, travel, installation access and ongoing support arrangements are planned for the specific site.

How are pricing, lease duration and end-of-term options agreed?

Pricing and duration depend on the equipment, configuration, usage, location and service scope. Your proposal sets out the payment schedule, any upfront charges, included services, exclusions and end-of-term arrangements. No fixed rate or universal term is assumed.
