Build the workplace around the business
An office that is ready
for the way you work.
Opening a new office involves more than connecting desks. Internet access, internal networking, business applications, shared data, meeting rooms and entry systems need to be ready together.
MicroAntix brings these requirements into one technology plan. We coordinate the design, procurement, installation and handover around your layout, operating priorities, budget and target opening date.
Start with a delivery plan
New location or office relocation?
Different starting points, with the same focus on a prepared and supported workplace.
Plan the infrastructure before the fit-out is complete.
Early coordination helps place outlets, wireless access points, cabinets and business equipment where they are needed. We align the technology scope with the rooms, users and workflows in the new space.
- Review floor plans, user numbers and room functions
- Coordinate cable pathways, power and equipment locations
- Plan internet service dependencies and equipment lead times
- Agree installation milestones, testing and opening-day support
Move services with a controlled transition.
A relocation should preserve the systems that matter while addressing limitations in the old environment. We assess existing equipment and plan the changes needed at the destination.
- Inventory equipment, configurations and critical services
- Confirm what to reuse, replace or upgrade
- Plan backups, shutdown, transport and reconnection
- Agree a cutover window, validation checks and recovery steps
Connected workplace systems
The complete office technology scope.
Select the systems your business needs, with a clear boundary for each installation and integration.
Network cabling & Wi-Fi
Structured copper and fiber connections, switching, routing and wireless access are planned around desks, shared spaces and business devices. We consider staff and guest connectivity, coverage requirements and the locations of network cabinets.
Servers, storage & backup
We assess the applications and data your business relies on, recommend suitable server and storage equipment, configure the agreed environment and plan backup arrangements. Access permissions and recovery requirements are considered during setup.
Point of sale & business devices
For retail and service environments, we help select and deploy appropriate POS hardware and supported software. Networking, printers and other peripherals are coordinated with the business workflow and supplier requirements.
Audio & meeting-room systems
Background audio, announcements and conference-room systems are designed for the size and use of the space. The scope covers equipment positioning, cabling, connection points and practical operation by staff.
Access control & secure entry
Card readers, supported biometric devices and controlled-entry equipment can be incorporated into the workplace plan. We coordinate device locations, network requirements, permissions and the relevant installation dependencies.
Procurement & equipment setup
MicroAntix helps source and prepare the agreed network, server, POS and AV equipment. Compatibility, availability, installation timing and future support are considered before orders and deployment are finalized.
Documentation, policies & training
A working system needs a usable handover. We provide the agreed equipment records, operating guidance, IT policies and staff orientation, with a defined route for ongoing technical support.

Common questions
Your office project, clearly planned.
Talk to our team about the building, the equipment and the way your business needs to operate.
284.494.3962When should we involve MicroAntix?
As early as possible in the design or fit-out stage. Reviewing cable routes, equipment positions and internet-service dependencies before walls and ceilings are finished can help avoid rework.
Can we reuse our existing equipment?
We assess its condition, compatibility, capacity and support status. The proposal can combine reusable equipment with targeted upgrades instead of assuming that every device must be replaced.
Can you coordinate with our other contractors?
Yes. We can coordinate the technology requirements with the relevant fit-out contractors, equipment suppliers and service providers. Responsibilities and dependencies are agreed in the project scope.
Will there be downtime during an office move?
Some services may need a planned interruption. We identify the critical systems, agree a cutover window and plan validation and recovery steps; we do not assume a move can be completed with no disruption.
Do you support the office after installation?
Ongoing technical support can be included as an agreed service arrangement. We define the support scope, contacts and escalation process during the handover.
