Built around your operation

Keep the guest experience connected, on land and at the waterfront.

A hotel network must serve more than guest devices. Reception, payment terminals, administration, communications, security and connected rooms each have different performance and access requirements. Marine environments add changing uplinks, exposed equipment locations and the practical limits of vessel power and space.

We begin with the property or vessel, the users it serves and the systems that cannot afford an unplanned interruption. The result is a coordinated scope for connectivity, integration and support rather than a collection of independently installed devices.

Capabilities and deliverables

Technology behind every guest journey.

Managed hospitality IT

Support the systems used by reception, reservations, administration and property teams. We establish an equipment inventory, support contacts and escalation paths, then coordinate maintenance windows around occupancy and operational priorities.

Included in the agreed scope: Asset baseline; support responsibilities; scheduled maintenance; documented vendor escalation and staff onboarding guidance.

Guest Wi-Fi & PMS integration

Design coverage and capacity around rooms, communal spaces and actual device demand. Where vendor-supported interfaces are available, we assess guest authentication and PMS-linked workflows while separating guest access from sensitive business systems.

Included in the agreed scope: Wireless survey; network segmentation; portal requirements; integration validation and acceptance testing.

Yacht & marina IT

Plan onboard and dockside networks around the operating environment, available uplinks and service area. We assess cellular, satellite and shoreside connectivity, guest and crew separation, equipment placement and support access.

Included in the agreed scope: Connectivity assessment; network and uplink design; installation coordination; failover checks and operational handover.

Digital signage & guest experience

Help property teams manage useful guest information across reception, meeting areas and shared spaces. We scope displays, content ownership, publishing access and network availability, with practical procedures for changing information.

Included in the agreed scope: Display and player schedule; publishing workflow; user access; content handover and support arrangements.

From assessment to handover

A rollout planned around occupancy and operations.

01

A discovery record covering buildings, rooms, waterfront areas, users and business-critical applications.

02

A connectivity and integration design with vendor dependencies, licenses and service responsibilities clearly identified.

03

A staged deployment plan with agreed service windows, rollback arrangements and guest-facing communications where needed.

04

Coverage and functional testing, equipment documentation, training and an agreed ongoing support plan.

Right-fit technology

Compatibility before commitment.

PMS connections depend on supported interfaces and vendor approval. Marine satellite and cellular choices depend on the vessel, operating area, service plan and mounting requirements. We validate these details during design rather than assume that every platform or subscription is interchangeable.

Who we support: Hotels, boutique resorts, villa portfolios, private and charter vessels, marinas and waterfront businesses serving the British Virgin Islands.

Ongoing support

Support beyond opening day.

Ongoing support can include network monitoring, remote troubleshooting, configuration backups and scheduled maintenance visits. We define who handles guest queries, application faults and carrier issues so staff have a clear route to assistance. Response commitments, out-of-hours coverage and island travel are agreed in the service scope.

Before you begin

Your questions, answered.

Can you work with our current PMS and Wi-Fi?

We first confirm the installed versions, licensing and supported authentication or integration options with the relevant vendors. The proposal distinguishes verified integration from functions requiring a different platform.

Can upgrades happen while the property remains open?

We can plan phased cutovers by area and agree maintenance windows with your team. The scope will identify expected interruptions and fallback arrangements rather than promise zero disruption.

Do you support yacht and marina connectivity?

Yes. We assess the vessel or marina layout, power, equipment exposure and available services, then scope a suitable network and ongoing support arrangement.
