Built around your operation

A connected property should feel simpler to run.

Lighting, climate, access, entertainment and monitoring often arrive as separate projects. Without a coordinated plan, owners inherit disconnected apps, inconsistent connectivity and unclear maintenance responsibilities. Our approach starts with the network, the operating requirements and the equipment already installed, then defines where integration will genuinely improve day-to-day use.

We work with owners, property managers, architects and specialist contractors to establish the right controls for each space. Local usability, secure remote access and a documented handover are considered alongside appearance, convenience and future expansion.

Capabilities and deliverables

Connected systems. One considered plan.

Smart home automation

Bring compatible lighting, climate, shading and entertainment controls into practical scenes for arrival, occupied periods and departure. We map room-by-room requirements, assess the existing wiring and select controls that residents and guests can understand.

Included in the agreed scope: Room and device schedule; scene configuration; user permissions; operational testing and owner training.

Smart energy management

Understand when and where energy is being used through compatible meters, occupancy information and reporting. We help identify avoidable running hours and configure agreed schedules without compromising comfort or equipment requirements.

Included in the agreed scope: Metering and data-source review; usage baseline; schedules and alerts; recommendations for further investigation.

Building management integration

Connect suitable building platforms through documented interfaces while preserving the specialist controls that keep each system operating safely. We coordinate with mechanical, electrical and controls contractors before agreeing responsibilities or making changes.

Included in the agreed scope: Interface and compatibility register; network design; integration scope; functional testing and contractor handover.

Property IoT monitoring

Bring useful status information to the people responsible for the property. Depending on the installed sensors, this may include water leaks, temperature, equipment availability and door events, with agreed notification recipients and escalation routes.

Included in the agreed scope: Sensor placement plan; threshold configuration; alert routing; dashboard setup and response guidance.

From assessment to handover

An installation that your property team can own.

01

A site survey covering coverage, cabling, power, equipment locations and the proposed user experience.

02

A compatible equipment schedule with defined integration boundaries and an agreed phased installation plan.

03

Separated guest, owner and connected-device access where the chosen infrastructure supports it.

04

Test records, administrative handover, operating guidance and a clear maintenance scope.

Right-fit technology

Compatibility before commitment.

Existing controllers, sensors and building interfaces are assessed individually. We confirm supported protocols, licensing, cloud dependencies and network requirements before recommending an integration; a product being network-connected does not automatically make it compatible.

Who we support: Private residences, luxury villas, rental-property managers, multi-unit developments and commercial facilities across the British Virgin Islands.

Ongoing support

A property that stays manageable.

Remote owners need more than an app login. We can scope remote troubleshooting, firmware reviews, alert checks and planned site visits, with responsibilities agreed between MicroAntix, the property manager and specialist contractors. Internet-dependent functions and local fallback controls are reviewed before installation.

Before you begin

Your questions, answered.

Can the existing devices stay?

Where practical, yes. We record model numbers, supported interfaces and service life, then identify which devices can be retained and which would limit the proposed experience.

What happens if the internet fails?

Local and cloud-dependent functions vary by platform. We document those dependencies and agree local controls or fallback procedures for essential everyday functions.

Can we start with one villa or one building?

Yes. A defined pilot can establish the network and operating standards before additional rooms, buildings or monitoring functions are added.
